Join Kim Peck for a Zoom yoga class on Sundays at 4 pm! These classes will meet every other week via Zoom from September 13 through November 22.
This class is open to all levels, and will include both traditional yoga poses and restorative poses intended to relieve the effects of chronic stress. It will be taught using basic yoga props, such as blocks, straps, and bolster, although all poses can also be done without props. This class will also include a brief meditation or meditative reading to close.
