Zoom Yoga with Kim Peck

It's always a good time to do yoga. Kim Peck has recently completed a fall yoga series on Zoom, and we want to share her classes with you!
Each class is able to be followed by beginners to advanced students, and will include both traditional yoga poses and restorative poses intended to relieve the effects of chronic stress. They will be taught using basic yoga props, such as blocks, straps, and bolster, although all poses can also be done without props. Each class will also include a brief meditation or meditative reading to close.
We hope you enjoy them and find them engaging and rejuvenating. Kim will restart another Zoom yoga series in the spring!
